Responsibilities
Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and foster students’ language and literary skills.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and challenged.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (major in English or related field preferred).
- Teaching certificate/license.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the subject matter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
