Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and foster students’ language and literary skills.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and challenged.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (major in English or related field preferred).
- Teaching certificate/license (valid for high school level).
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the subject matter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
